This middle aged lady had previously undergone endoscopic sphincterotomy for stones in the common bile duct. Now she presented with acute abdominal pain. ERC showed a tubular, coiled filling defect in the proximal bile duct. The second picture shows the descending duodenum after extraction with a biliary balloon. What is this finding?
