This lady had suffered from a dermatologic patchy non-itching disease for a couple of years. A litterature search showed that coeliac disease could cause this disease, which could possibly be cured by a glutenfree diet. So coeliac disease was searched for and found, as shown in the last images. This cutaneous disease is really very rare, the largest study ever published included only 13 patients. What is this cutaneous disease?
