This old gentleman to a colonoscopy as he had become severely anaemic. A caecal adenocarcinoma (seen in the two last images) was found). But there was an other finding, seen in all images, possibly contributing to his anaemia. What is this finding?

Answer:

Diphyllobothrium latum, known as the broad or fish tapeworm, or broad fish tapeworm..
