Large Rectal Villous Adenoma with Malignancy

Colonic Polyps The main types of colonic polyps with a premalignant potential are tubular adenomas, tubulovillous adenomas and villous adenomas. Of these villous adenomas own the greatest risk of bekoming malignant, the risk is considered to be at least 40%. These images show a large rectal villous adenoma with a focus of adenocarcinoma.
