Gynecologic cancer - mainly ovarian maligancies - can spread to the bowel by contigous invasion or by intraperitoneal seeding, sometimes causing a tumor in the bowel wall which gives the same endoscopic picture as a primary colon cancer. These pictures show a gynecologic malignant tumor in the tubae uteri infiltrating the caecum.
