Accessory Pancreas in the Gastric Antrum

Accessory Pancreas, sometimes also called an aberrant pancreas, is typically located in the gastric antrum on the greater curvature. In the middle of the lesion a small opening is seen. No therapy or follow up is needed, and this rare lesion does not produce any symptoms.
