Crohn´s Disease in the Oesophagus

Crohn´s disease rarely occur in the oesophagus. This patient has a longitudinal ulcer in the oesophagus, similar lesions in the stomach, and Crohn´s disease in the terminal ileum. In this picture, the oesophageal lesion is seen.
