This is the typical finding in a serious chronic duodenal ulcer disease. Two ulcers - one in the front and one in the back - are sometimes called "kissing ulcers", here seen through the pyloric channel. The third picture shows a small prepyloric ulcer or erosion, often accompanying the duodenal ulcer disease.

Stress Duodenal Ulcer

All duodenal ulcers are not caused by Helicobacter pylori. This patient with no Helicobacter infection got this ulcer during a period of severe somatic stress due to a heart disease.
