This is a large hematoma, caused by violent vomiting, in the oesophageal wall.
Recovery was spontaneus and without difficulties.

This is a usual finding in patients with liver cirrhosis, large oesophageal
varices, that sometimes can bleed profusely.

The main type of oesophageal cancer is squamocellular carcinoma.

This advanced oesophageal squamocellular cancer had caused dysphagia and weight loss for about 6 months.
