The summer of this year is here - at least on our half of the globe. During the summer - in June, July and August - the Quiz will be quite easy for two reasons. This old lady had suffered from an intermittent iron deficiency anaemia for a couple of years. Tests releaved occult blood in her stools. She was otherwise quite quite well and lived a very active life. Her upper endoscopy was normal. This is the finding very proximally in a colonoscopy. So, what is the reason of her anaemia?
