So, the new year is here - A Happy New Year to You all by the way!
The three first images show details of the gastric mucosa in the upper part of the corpus in a young lady who had suffered from dyspeptic symptoms for all of her life. The fourth image shows the same region in a patient without any stomach complaints - just for comparision. The mucosal finding in the three first images indicate a common chronic gastric disorder easily verified by simple tests or by histologic examination of the biopsies. What is this disease?
