She had no symtoms from the upper gastrointestinal channel. The biopsy taken in the fourth image - what will it show?

    Fundic Gland Polyps

    Gastric polyps are a frequent finding in patients with Familial Adenomatous Polyposis. They are most often nonneoplastic fundic gland polyps, consisting of simple hyperplasia of the fundic glands. These polyps do not cause any symtoms and do not have to be removed and there is no association with gastric cancer.
