This lady came to a colonoskopy as suffered from colon irritabile-like symptoms for all her life. A colonoscopy was made, and this was the finding near the hepatic flexure. A tubular adenoma was expected as she had colon cancer in her family history, but it was not. What is this finding?

Answer:

    A Large Benign Hyperplastic Polyp
