The first picture shows the endoscopic finding in the upper part of the oesophagus in a patient who had suffered from painful swallowing for a few weeks. Histopathologic examination of the biopsied showed unspecific ulcerative changes. The second endoscopy was made two months later after high dose PPI treatment - obviously there is a clear progression of the disease. A sample of the gastric juice was taken at this time, confirming the diagnosis. Another treatment was initiated, and the result after two months of treatment is seen in the third picture. What is this disease?
