This quite old man came to an upper endoscopy because of some swallowing distress during a few months. He was othervise very well and was doing hard work in the woods despite of his age. This is the finding in the upper part of the stomach, seen with the endoscope in an inverted position. We thought that this was an adenocarcinoma, but it was not. What is this finding?
Answer:
Gastric Lymphoma These endoscopic images shows a diffuse large-cell B-cell lymphoma in the gastricu fundus.
