This old lady had been in a perfect health, but during routine follow ups her hemoglobin level had slightly declined, from about 135 to 117 g/l. An upper endoscopy was normal. These pictures are obviously from the caecal region as the Bauhini valve can be seen. What is the reason for this lady´s anaemia?
