This old lady came to an upper endoscopy as she had suffered from dysphagia for many months. She was found to have an hiatal hernia, Barrett and a quite severe reflux oesophagitis. However, this finding was seen at the pharyngeo-oesophageal junction. This finding - often more easily identified by xray - was probably contributing to her swallowing difficulties. What is this?
