Angiodysplasia in a Hiatal Hernia

This patient was examined because of anaemia. She had a hiatal hernia, and inside the hernia this little angiodyplasia, probably an innocent finding. She had however been using acetosalicylic acid regularly, and it is possible, that the angiodysplasia could have been bleeding intermittently, giving an explanation to the anaemia.
