Gastroenterology and Endotherapy: XXVI European Workshop

General information: The Gastroenterology and Endotherapy European Workshop is intended for practicing gastroenterologists with varying levels of training and experience, for surgeons interested in transoral endosurgery or NOTES, for fellows in training as well as for GI nurses. It will include live video demonstrations permitting maximal interaction between faculty and attendees during procedures, using interactive voting system, evidence based didactic comments and quizzes. The procedures will be performed by international expert endoscopists in collaboration with radiologists, pathologists and surgeons of the Brussel Faculty. Two of three state-of-the-art lectures will be presented every day and illustrated by live video cases allowing comprehensive didactic sessions on almost all range of diagnostic and therapeutic issues. The aim of these demonstrations is not only to show the new devices and tricks for succeeding in each type of procedure, but above all to explain clearly how to avoid the complications and to offer attractive and interactive discussion on practical case management and multidisciplinary approach.
