Prepyloric Diverticulum

Diverticulas are quite rare in the stomach. Here a prepyloric diverticulum is seen - probably due to some scarring after a prepyloric ulcer disease. In this picture, the divericulum is to the left and the pyloric channel to the right.

This finding might not be a true diverticulum, and has no clinical significans. The diverticulum is in the upper part of the picture, and the pyloric lumen in the lower part (to the right)
