Prepyloric Adenoma

A prepyloric adenoma forming a polyp with a long stilus - like in these pictures - can get caught by the peristalsis

and get into the pyloric channel. Pylorus then tries to move the polyp into the duodenum. This fenomen probalby causes some symtoms, due to the stretching of the polyp stilus.
